My car was actually dirtier after the wash than before. We paid $28 for a wash and wax package, yet the car was not properly vacuumed, and many areas were left dirty. When we brought our concerns to the manager, we were told that it was not their responsibility and that we should have gone inside and monitored the workers ourselves to make sure the job was done correctly. As a customer, I should not have to supervise employees to receive the service I paid for. The quality of the work was extremely disappointing, and the customer service was even worse. Save your time and money and avoid this place.

I paid for a deluxe car wash, which includes vacuum interior and a full exterior clean. I got my car back looking like this, so disappointing. You cannot even tell it’s been cleaned. Horrible job.

If you want to wash your car from the outside you have to pay cash, If you want to wash it from the inside and outside you can pay with a debit or credit card. Washers have their own business there.

I am very disappointed they broke part of my front spoiler. I had now idea about type of car wash could be do it. But guys work good , it’s not easy work in the winter time, I always give tip. I paid attention just now, and remember I feel when it try to grab something when I come to line.
